The homepage moves from positioning and core services to TREZA’s selection principles and the client journey from first enquiry to a personal appointment. Dedicated Bespoke and Showroom pages explain how individual work is organised and what a private visit involves. Consistent navigation, forms and calls to action connect those sections into one experience.
At the start, the complete product database was still being assembled. Rather than imitate a conventional online store with incomplete product pages, we structured the website around discovering TREZA’s capabilities, enquiring about a specific piece and arranging a personal selection — in line with the real business model.
After the main pages had been built and earlier stages approved, the client returned with additional feedback and a more precise view of how the private showroom should feel online.
We did not treat the previous approvals as a reason to defend the existing version at all costs. Long-term collaboration matters more to us than proving that one side was technically right. We reviewed the feedback carefully, discussed it constructively, separated essential changes from future enhancements and worked together to strengthen the structure, copy and customer journey.
The client brought an intimate understanding of the product and the future showroom. We translated that understanding into a clear digital experience. The result was more accurate and more recognisably TREZA than either side could have defined through the initial brief alone.
By early September, the English and Russian versions, responsive pages, forms and primary brand journeys had been prepared.
